Ethiopian Menu

Ethiopian food is naturally gluten-free, and our menu is vegan too. Many of these featured veggies have great health benefits! This is a delicious way to get a nutritional boost.

Injera

Spongy, teff-flour flat bread is an Ethiopian essential. Proper preparation requires a lengthy fermentation process, so we won't actually be making it in class, but we will eat it!
